In Person Wine Tasting (Wednesday May 25) - Inside the Mind of a Somm Series

This will be an in-person and indoor event. We will follow all laws/by-laws and Toronto Public Health guidelines in effect at the time of the event.

Series Description:

Join Ed in a small group focused activity. Themes will be whatever Ed is studying at the moment! 

Theory of food pairing. Deep dive into a region's terroir. Soil expression in wine. When decanting matters. Vertical (same producer, different years) and horizontal (same year, different producers) tastings. Sake, beer, spirits. Occasional special industry guests.

Must be 19+, tasting size limited to 8. We are not able to accommodate changes within 1 week of the scheduled event.
